Service Notification Web Application

Objective

The primary objective was to develop and implement a notification service that integrates seamlessly with the client's existing CRM and other services.
The goal was to enable the delivery of notifications to clients via various channels.
These channels included PUSH notifications (Firebase).
Additionally, the channels included Messengers and SMS.

Results

The project was successfully implemented, culminating in the launch of a universal notification service that now functions as an integral part of the client's CRM system. This service has significantly improved the client's ability to communicate with their customers through preferred channels, thereby enhancing user experience and engagement.
